- Job description:
o Responsible for operating, managing and implementing all activities of the Company;
o Make investment and business decisions in line with the Company’s goals and development orientation;
o Managing and organizing the implementation of investment cooperation, joint venture and association activities of the Company;
o Supervising the appointment process, personnel management and the Company’s organizational structure. At the same time, building a professional and effective corporate culture;
o Contact, meet, negotiate and build cooperative relationships with domestic and foreign partners;
o Responsible for administrative matters and compliance regulations of the Company.
- Requirements for qualifications, training majors, experience and skills:
o In-depth understanding of services and activities in the Company’s business field;
o Having in-depth practical knowledge and skills in management and administration
o Have good communication skills, fluent in English and Korean languages, have leadership skills, negotiate and persuade domestic and international partners.
o Ability to plan and execute short and long term business plans.
