At foreign companies in Vietnam, Vietnamese employees are often assessed as smart and flexible, but work lacks discipline. I want to help employees in the company, also contribute to helping Vietnamese workers, work more professionally, promote the full potential of employees. Each individual should develop his or her own SWOT as well as career goals, so that these goals contribute to the realization of the company’s overall goals. I hope I have the opportunity to contribute a small part in helping the workforce in Vietnam level up.
