As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for bilabl, you can have play a vital role in generating and qualifying leads for the SaaS sales team. Here’s what we would like you to excel at: 

Conduct research to identify potential customers and target markets for the Saas product/service. 
Prospect and cold-call leads through various channels like email, social media, and phone to initiate conversations and qualify them as potential opportunities. 
Engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and business requirements. 
Effectively communicate the value proposition of the Saas product/service to prospects and handle objections professionally. 
Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects. 
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall company goals and campaigns. 
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead information in the CRM system. 
Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings. 
Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on lead quality and prospect engagement. 

Requirements: 

Fluent in English and Vietnamese 
WFH/Remote (prefer based in Ho Chi Minh City) 
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role within the Saas industry. 
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects effectively. 
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to understand customer needs and build rapport. 
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools. 
Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 
Proactive and persistent attitude to overcome challenges and achieve targets. 
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
