Job Description
– Consulting, quotes, ticket conditions, airline regulations, Visa, Tour, Hotel, car, train,… for customers.
– Air ticket reservation, quotation according to customer’s requests, ticket change/ refund.
– Follow up bookings, process and support online ticket bookings.
– Handle customer requests related to booking & support services such as online check-in, meal reservation, luggage, other related booking, Visa, Tour, Hotel, car, train,… and orther booking task.
– Manage assigned customer list.
Job Requirements
– At least 01 year as a Booker or experience in Travel/ Visa/ Hotel/ Tour… is a plus
– Proficient of Airline Reservations ( Abacus, Amadeus, Sabre,…), Airasia, Cebu pacific, Lion Air, Tiger Airways, Jetstar, Air Mekong, Vietjet Air, VietNam Airline,…
– Strong understanding passport and visa processing, Tour, booking hotel,…
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– Good communication and presentation skills.
