Mô tả công việc

+ Accounting task (80%)

– Follow petty cash daily

– Make cash voucher in Fast accounting software

– Check Red invoice information

– Input supplier invoice

– Check all payment requests, invoices from supplier. Chase red invoice from supplier for Financial Statement

– Perform any other duties that are assigned from time to time.

+ Admin task (20%)

– Provide stationery and office small tools accurately and timely

– Arrangement for hotels, air ticket, cars, clean services, post services, office equipment service etc.

– Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques

– Collect and checking time sheet and leave of HCM office.

– Handling all administrative tasks as being required.
