We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO LEADER to join our team. This role is to drive user acquisition and enhance our platform’s visibility and engagement.
SCOPE OF WORK
– Making strategic plans for SEO to increase website’s ranking and traffic (including Master plan, quarterly and monthly plan, etc.)
– Training and following the SEO team to deploy according to the set plan.
– Optimizing Website Architecture, Technical Website, Entity Onsite and Off-site, Content, On-page, Internal Link, Off-Page,… and fixing SEO problems.
– Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and recommendations for improvements.
– Analyze website and UI-UX audits to improve the effectiveness of SEO keyword rankings and Google Ads
– Develop and implement linkbuilding strategies.
– Develop keywords promotion strategies suitable for each stage. Analyze and evaluate keywors competition to determine appropriate SEO strategies. Establish a long term keyword development direction to maintain sustainable top position.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and SEO practices, continuously improving our digital marketing efforts.
– Monitor SEO activities (content writing, keyword ranking, traffic, backlinks, entity, map, etc.) and provide direct reports to the leader.
REQUIREMENTS

– Ability to learn and self-discover new knowledge .
– Minimum 2 years of professional experience working on SEO campaigns.
– Digital/SEO agency experience highly valued.
– Proficient in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console,…
– Solid experience with Optimizer or another corporate A/B testing software.
– Excellent communication skills & capacity to work in an international environment.
– Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.
– Excel skill is highly appreciated.
– Knowledge of SEM is a plus but not mandatory.
– A solid understanding of HTML, CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
– Priority will be given to candidates who can start work immediately.
SALARY: 15.000.000 -30.000.000 VND
