Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. To reinforce the Specialists in materials and production planning to meet customers’
requirement.
2. To set up production schedules and ensure that production is running smoothly
3. Identify bottlenecks in the flow and make contingency plans.
4. To ensure full execution of action plan.
5. To motivate the Specialists to lead the employees to achieve performance and quality
targets.
6. To identify areas for improvement and activate the relevant support groups such as
engineering, materials planning, etc to implement the improvements.
7. To identify and justify for new production equipment.
8. To identify training needs for the Specialists and Technicians.
9. To project manpower requirement and formulate recruitment plans for
implementation to develop the next level.
10. Abide by the company’s safety rules and regulations.
